ahead to the 2009 General Chapter
Notification of the 46º General Chapter of the Order
Summoning
While extending a warm and fraternal greeting to each and every one of
you, I would like, through the following, to joyfully make known to you
my decision
to summon the next General Chapter of the Order Having happily celebrated
the local and demarcational Chapters at the previous two-year period,
it is time
to summon the General Chapter, this time with a two-year gap, due to the
difference in computation that our law applies to the local and demarcational
Chapters (every four years) as well as to the General Chapter (every six
years).

On the horizon: the General Chapter within a year
(an opportunity not to be missed)
The celebration of the 46th General Chapter is imminent. It was called
on 11th May this year, the Feat of Pentecost,
of the Holy Spirit. The General Chapter is the six-yearly opportunity
that the Order gives itself in order to revise
its work and decide how to proceed and invigorate its life and mission
in the subsequent six years...
